In 1999, Pharma Care Group of Pharmacies has been an agent/distributor for Lamons Company and INVE of Spain. Lamons for veterinary medicine and INVE for Feed additives and Feed supplements. The company started distributing veterinary products in local markets through its pharmacies. In the middle of June in that same year, the company made an agreement to VMD of Belgium to be their sole distributor of their products in the Kingdom.

     Pharma Care Veterinary Company Ltd. started up by putting pharmacies situated in the most animal populous area in the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These thirteen pharmacies start up which located in Riyadh, Al Hofouf, Al Narriya, Hafer Al Baten (4 stores), Dokhnah, Arar, Hail, Taberjel, Madinah and Jeddah.

In order to accomplish GMP, Pharma Care was build an installation that is located, designed, constructed, adapted, and maintained to suit the operations to be carried out. Also, in order to perform the quality control necessary for the Quality assurance.
